Justin Upton returns to the Tigers lineup after missing the previous two games with a bruised right wrist. He’s one of a slew of right-handed hitters in the lineup against Twins lefty Hector Santiago, who held Detroit to two runs on three hits over 6 2/3 innings last week in Detroit. Andrew Romine gets the start at shortstop as the Tigers look to fill the spot for the next week or so with Jose Iglesias on the concussion DL.
