Monday was an unusually busy day for former Detroit Tigers players.
First Evan Woodbery of MLive reported that Dawel Lugo, the former Tigers infielder who was the centerpiece of the J.D. Martinez trade, will play in the Mexican League this summer:
Former Tigers (and current Tigres) infielder Dawel Lugo will play this summer with the Mariachis of Guadalajara, a new expansion franchise in the Mexican League.
