Exchange between Bruce Rondon, baserunner in winter ball leads to punches, brawl

You'd think by now lessons would've been learned and maturity would have taken over. Yet, here we are again. At 25 years old, Bruce Rondon has had seven years' worth of time in the Tigers organization to learn from mistakes. But as you can see from the above video, Rondon's desire to turn things around is essentially non-existent.

In 2015, Rondon was told to go home and think about what he'd done after his "effort level" was less than satisfactory to the Detroit Tigers. General manager Al Avila has since said the team wanted the youngster to work on improving himself -- both on and off the field.
