EAST LANSING — Brandon Inge loved his days on the field as a player – especially the 13 seasons he spent in the majors playing primarily for the Detroit Tigers.
But the world of coaching wasn't something the former Tiger third baseman and catcher ever expected to enjoy.
That's changed for Inge, who now has found a passion for his roles as an assistant for the Detroit Country Day baseball program and as a director for player development at the Legacy Center in Brighton.
