Ricardo Pinto had a really rough outing in this one. The Hens hung in there early, but a disastrous four-run sixth inning for Omaha sealed the deal. Pinto allowed seven runs in 5 1⁄3 innings of work. Only four were charged, but an error on Isaac Paredes that sparked a three-run second inning for the Storm Chasers still largely has to be laid at Pinto’s feet. The Hens took advantage of a leadoff walk and an error to open the scoring with two in the second inning, and they got another in the third, but beyond that it was a pretty quiet night for the offense.
