Per Baseball-Reference.com, 627 players have hit a home run for the Detroit Tigers. For 121 of them, that first homer as a Tiger also turned out to be their last one. For others, like nine of the top ten home run hitters in franchise history, their last longballs in a Tigers uniform happened near the end of distinguished tenures in Detroit.
