LAKELAND, Fla. — The Detroit Tigers have signed right-handed pitcher Wily Peralta to a minor-league contract with an invitation to MLB spring training, sources with knowledge of the agreement told the Free Press.
Peralta, 32, pitched for the Tigers in 2021.
He posted a 3.07 ERA with 38 walks and 58 strikeouts over 93u2154 innings in 19 games (18 starts). Before the 2021 season, Peralta inked a minor-league deal and reached the majors in June.
