Cleveland Indians fans occupied Comerica Park again on Thursday afternoon.
And once again, they made their presence felt after a Francisco Lindor home run.
In the finale of a three-game series against the Detroit Tigers, Lindor provided all the offense the Indians would need for a sweep, hitting a solo home run and driving in another run in a 2-0 victory.
In the loss, the Tigers were shut out for the 12th time this season, most in the American League.
They were shut out because of the dominant performance of Cleveland right-hander Mike Clevinger, who threw eight shutout innings on four hits.
