The Detroit Tigers could have an unwelcome guest on Opening Day: snow.
There is a 40 percent to 50 percent chance of snow Thursday morning in Detroit, said Trent Frey, a National Weather Service meteorologist. The low temperature will be around 34 degrees.
It is expected to warm up in the afternoon to a high of about 42 degrees. But that could mean more bad news: rain.
