LAKELAND, Fla. — The dog days of spring training workouts arrived on Wednesday morning, a quiet day of cut-off drills and outfield relays with some live batting practice mixed in.
The Detroit Tigers open their exhibition slate on Friday against Southeastern University and players have begun to get antsy for the beginning of action.
