There’s a reason not everyone becomes an entrepreneur. There’s also a reason most people wear just one hat, and both metaphorically and literally, it has to do with balance.
For entrepreneurs, the traditional one-man or one-woman job just isn’t a reality. Wearing multiple hats as you get your business off the ground requires a fierce commitment to organization, the ability to seamlessly and quickly switch between critical tasks, and a degree of balance that not everyone can master.
One way or another, entrepreneurs must master this balancing act to be successful, at least until they can build a robust team.
