Outfielder J.D. Martinez said he feels sorry for opposing pitchers when the Detroit Tigers start to click.
Martinez spoke to reporters before his first game at Comerica Park this season and said it’s just a matter of time before the Tigers start pounding the ball.
Martinez entered the game with two home runs in three games since returning from the disabled list. He had missed the start of the season with a strained right foot.
