Jack Morris isn’t one for wondering about his Hall of Fame chances anymore.
“I’m just like you,” the former Detroit Tigers right-handed ace said last week at the World Series in Los Angeles. “Wait and see.”
But Morris — and former teammates Alan Trammell — aren't expected to have to wait much longer for their second chance at induction. The Tigers trio will have their second opportunity for enshrinement.
Morris and Trammell who played together on the Tigers' 1984 World Series team, are included on the Hall of Fame’s Modern Baseball ballot, according to the Hall of Fame, which released the 10-person ballot today.
