The Detroit Tigers salvaged the finale of a four-game series in Anaheim on Sunday. More appropriately, rookie Daz Cameron came to the rescue.
Cameron smacked a two-run single in the 10th and the Tigers pulled out a 5-3 victory over the Los Angeles Angels.
Shohei Ohtani clubbed a tying two-run homer off Casey Mize in the fifth, his fourth in the series.
Miguel Cabrera had a two-run single. Jose Cisnero recorded the win and Michael Fulmer notched the save. Fulmer walked Ohtani on four pitches with two out in the 10th, then struck out Taylor Ward to end the game.
