The Detroit Tigers organization saw Baseball America release the Top 10 prospects in Detroit, Atop that list, is Franklin Perez, and Bless You Boys isn’t surprised by that.

They also argued that fans shouldn’t worry about prospect Matt Manning just yet. According to the editor, Rob Rogacki, Manning is a high-risk high-reward prospect.
