The Minneosta Twins completed a four-game sweep of the Detroit Tigers with a wild 12-9, 10-inning victory on Sunday.
Jorge Polanco’s three-run homer off Derek Holland in the 10th inning finished off the stinging defeat.
Jake Rogers blasted a ninth-inning grand slam off Minnesota closer Taylor Rogers, erasing a three-run deficit. Ben Rortvedt tied it in the bottom of the inning with a solo blast off Holland.
The Twins rallied from a 4-0 deficit for the second straight day.
