Detroit Tigers' left-hander Daniel Norris looked rusty in his season debut Sunday and couldn’t get out of the second inning in the 4-0 loss to the Cincinnati Reds in Game 2 of their seven-inning doubleheader at Comerica Park.
Norris lasted just 1u2154 innings and allowed two runs on four hits and two walks with no strikeouts. He threw 54 pitches, with 34 for strikes.
The Tigers managed just two hits against Trevor Bauer, who threw 111 pitches, and lost both games of the doubleheader. They dropped their first series of the season and fell to 5-5.
