After losing to the Mets on Friday and Saturday, the Hens needed a win. Jake Rogers and Jacob Robson stayed hot at the plate, and Tim Adleman was spectacular in his start as the Hens downed the Mets on Sunday. Adleman punched out 11 in shutting out the Mets for seven innings. Eduardo Jimenez cleaned up the final two innings with no trouble at all. Rogers doubled home Daz Cameron in the top of the first to give the Hens the only run they’d need in this one. Dawel Lugo scored in the fifth on a wild pitch, and Pete Kozma cracked a two-run shot in the seventh to put this one to bed.
