ST. LOUIS — Martin Frk and Tyler Bertuzzi recognize the opportunity to gain a foothold in the lineup.
The young Detroit Red Wings forwards stand to be the chief beneficiaries of the trade that sent Tomas Tatar to the Las Vegas Golden Knights, with Bertuzzi moving up in the lineup and Frk returning to it. Bertuzzi was slated to play in Wednesday’s game against the Blues at Scottrade Center on a line with Dylan Larkin and Andreas Athanasiou, as well as on Larkin’s power play unit.
