Detroit — That youth movement fans want the Red Wings to totally undertake, well, they got a taste of it Tuesday against Dallas.
And the future looks like it could be in capable hands.
Power-play goals from Dylan Larkin and Anthony Mantha, good goaltending from Petr Mrazek, the return of Tomas Jurco to the lineup, all players under age 25, helped the Red Wings to a 3-1 victory over the Stars.
The victory was the third in four games for the Red Wings (11-10-2, 24 points), who earned points in all four games (overtime loss, the only defeat).
