Red Wings Trim Roster to 48

DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings today assigned left wing Adam Marsh to the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s Val-d’Or Foreurs and released right wing Colin Campbell from his professional tryout. Campbell will join the American Hockey League’s Grand Rapids Griffins for their training camp, which will be held at Joe Louis Arena from Oct. 3-6. The Red Wings’ roster currently stands at 48.

The Red Wings (3-0-1) will continue preseason play with back-to-back road games against the Chicago Blackhawks (Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8:30 p.m.) and the Pittsburgh Penguins (Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 7:00 p.
