Red Wings Top 25 Under 25: Filip Hronek ranks at 7

Now is the fun part of our T25U25, because we start hitting the players mostly everyone knows. Filip Hronek is arguably the Red Wings top defensive prospect, and the former 2nd round pick is inching closer and closer to displaying his talents with the big club. While it may not be for another year, Hronek is only 20 and put up 39 points in 67 games for the Griffins last year. The two-way defender will obviously start the year in Grand Rapids, but could we possibly even get a glimpse of the Czech defender in the NHL before years end.
