If Bovada.lv is correct, Detroit Red Wings fans can expect more of the same this season.
Bovada has put the over-under on the number of points the Red Wings will finish with at 78. Last season, they accumulated 79 to finish last in the Atlantic Division while missing the playoffs for the first time in 26 seasons.
The website is also projecting the Red Wings will win 35 games, two more than last season when they finished with a 33-36-13 mark. The 33 wins were the fewest they recorded in a full season since 1989-90, when they won 28 games the year before their playoff streak began.
