SUNRISE, Fla. - The Detroit Red Wings game that was postponed against the Carolina Hurricanes this week has been rescheduled for March 27, the NHL announced this afternoon.
The game was originally scheduled for Monday but was postponed because of poor ice conditions at PNC Arena after a hose carrying Freon to the chillers blew.

The game was delayed for approximately one hour, 45 minutes before it was finally called off.
The rescheduled game will force the Red Wings to play three games in three nights, which is almost unheard of in the NHL.
