Detroit Red Wings forward Pavel Datsyuk has left the door open for a return next season.
He told reporters today at Joe Louis Arena it was “hard to make 100% decision now” about his future.
Datsyuk had told Free Press columnist Mitch Albom that he wants to go back home to Russia after this season.
“I may not be done with hockey, but -- it is hard to say -- I think I am done playing in NHL,” Datsyuk told Albom.
