DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings are utilizing the extended All-Star break to take care of a lingering health issue for Niklas Kronwall.
And Drew Miller's season might be over.
Kronwall had arthroscopic knee surgery Tuesday morning and will be out two-to-four weeks, coach Jeff Blashill said.
Blashill also said Miller is out four-to-six months after having major reconstructive surgery on his ACL.
Kronwall will miss at least the final four games before the All-Star break.
"He's had some lingering pain issues," Blashill said. "He had this similar type scope done a number of years ago.
