Red Wings Fall in Overtime for the Second Consecutive Night

On Friday night, the Red Wings lost to the New York Rangers 2-1 in overtime and on Saturday night it was a 4-3 loss to the New Jersey Devils in the extra period.

This was the Wings fourth consecutive loss as they will leave this week with only two points from a possible six.

How it Happened

It was just the start the Red Wings needed as they went ahead just 34 seconds into the game. David Booth had a shot from Xavier Ouellet bounce off his stick and past Keith Kinkaid for the early 1-0 lead.
