Yesterday, we found out that the Wings would be opening the 2015-16 season on October 9th at home against the Maple Leafs and also their 2nd game would be on the 10th in Carolina. We already knew the team would be in Denver on February 27th to play the Avalanche at Coors field.
Today, we get the rest of the schedule. Here are some key features:
- Four back-to-backs in October, including getting the Western Canadian road trip out of the way early in the season.
- Seventeen back-to-backs total.
- The Wings will have a two-week and six game road trip to start 2016 after playing 9 of 14 games in December at home.
