Following the Oilers 6-5 loss to Philadelphia on Thursday night, Connor McDavid had some choice words for Philly's defenceman Brandon Manning.
You may remember that last year Manning and McDavid collided, resulting in a broken clavicle for McDavid and a shortened rookie season. To the best of my knowledge, I don't think it has been implied that the hit was intentional - except for by Don Cherry, someone we can all promptly ignore.
Well, this time around McDavid seemed to harbour some hard feelings against Manning and the two were often mixing it up on the ice during the game.
