With the 164th overall pick in the 2017 NHL Draft, the Red Wings select defenseman Reilly Webb. Detroit — again — goes with a blue liner with some size. Webb is a 6’3” and 195 lbs. The right shot d-man one assist in 12 games with the Hamilton Bulldogs of the OHL last season. Webb missed time with the Bulldogs back in 2015-16 with a dislocated right shoulder he suffered in practice. It appears he’s been dealing with injuries the last two seasons, but has some potential upside. It’s the 6th round.
