The NHL All-Star Game is just an exhibition.
It sure doesn't feel like one for 19-year-old Dylan Larkin.
"I feel more nervous than I would for an actual game," Larkin told NHL.com's Dan Rosen on Friday. "I don't really know many guys and I don't really know what's going on."
This was supposed to be a season where the Detroit Red Wings' young phenom learned the ropes from the likes of veterans Henrik Zetterberg and Pavel Datsyuk.
Instead, just a year removed from playing at the University of Michigan, Larkin is the Wings' lone representative in Nashville for All-Star festivities this weekend.
