Two weeks after accepting a role as advisor to the man who replaced him as general manager of the Detroit Red Wings, Ken Holland reportedly is leaving.

According to TSN’s Ryan Rishaug, Holland will be named general manager of the Edmonton Oilers. The Free Press reached out to multiple people in the Red Wings organization, but was not immediately able to verify the report.
