Johan Franzen tells WXYZ what his plan is if he is to sustain another head injury.
There has been a lot of speculation with the return of 35-year-old power forward Johan Franzen, after sustaining a serious concussion that sidelined him for eight months. After a summer full of training, and attempts to get back into condition, Franzen told reporters that he would experience regular setbacks which were explained as "shutdowns." After Franzen had spoke about this, he was then cleared for full contact.
WXYZ, a local news station here in Detroit, had posted an exclusive one-on-one interview where news anchor Brad Galli asked Franzen some questions, and the answers given aren't exactly the definition of encouraging:
"If i would get a really bad hit again and i would feel the same way again, that's probably it.
