TRAVERSE CITY - Filip Zadina's first Prospects Tournament was frustrating at times, painful on occasion.
The Detroit Red Wings' top pick in this year's draft, who is trying to jump from junior hockey to the NHL this season, wasn't satisfied with his production and emerged with some bumps and bruises due to a couple of hard hits.
The highly skilled winger fared much better Saturday, scoring two goals in his second training camp scrimmage at Centre I.C.E., playing against Dylan Larkin's line.
Zadina has three goals in two scrimmages and will be tested again Sunday during the Red and White game, when he'll skate on a line with Andreas Athanasiou and Thomas Vanek.
