from Peter J. Wallner of Mlive,
Filip Zadina appears to be hitting his stride.
The Detroit Red Wings prospect scored eight seconds into overtime Saturday to give the Grand Rapids Griffins an improbable 3-2 comeback win in overtime against the San Antonio Spurs at Van Andel Arena.
The goal was his fourth in four games, the longest streak by a member of the Griffins this season. It was his second game-winner.
FYI, the Wings did not have a skate today, puck drops just after 6:00pm ET tonight.
