FIlip Zadina is one signature closer to realizing his dreams of playing for the Detroit Red Wings next season.

While Zadina was still in town, the Wings got him signed to a three-year entry-level contract carrying a $925,000 annual salary cap hit. That caps a two-week stretch that began with Zadina falling to the Wings at sixth overall in the 2018 NHL entry draft and segued into a good showing at the June 26-30th development camp.
