Pettersson looks to be the early favorite to finish as the NHL’s rookie of the year. The 6 foot 2, 19-year-old rookie has eye-popping numbers through his first 9 NHL games. He has 9 goals and 15 points.
Pettersson has already taken over the top line center position for the Canucks.
