The Detroit Red Wings’ Dylan Larkin will be a marked man in 2016, and he knows it. The just recently turned 20 year-old had a spectacular rookie season and the Detroit brass are hoping Larkin lives up to the hype in 2016 and beyond.
The Waterford, Michigan native got off to a bang in his NHL career, scoring in the first period of his first game. Larkin was also front and center at the 2016 All-Star Weekend. The rookie didn’t disappoint as he set an All-Star record in the fastest skater competition.
He finished the 2015-16 season with 23 goals, 22 assists and 45 points.
