#1 Close Game Trend
The Devils have been involved in one-goal games in four of their last five games. This will be an interesting storyline to watch as this has not been a strength for the Red Wings as of late.
A 2-1 loss to the New York Rangers in overtime on Friday night saw the Wings score a go-ahead goal in the third period only to have the home side tie things up and score the eventual game-winner.
Both teams played in close games on Friday night, so they will both be on tired legs which won’t necessarily give either team an advantage.
