NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Tyler Bertuzzi recognized the symptoms and knew he was in for a spell.
Pending clearance from team medical personnel, Bertuzzi could be available to the Detroit Red Wings as soon as Thursday; if not, then the weekend series against Philadelphia. Bertuzzi has been sidelined since suffering a concussion Jan. 22 at Edmonton on a hit late in the game.
“I knew something was up,” Bertuzzi said. “I’ve had a couple. I know the feeling — foggy, kind of not feeling right, little bit of blurry vision.
