Tommy Ivan could possibly go down as a legendary coach in the Red Wing system. Ivan started his time here in 1947 and coached for seven seasons. Within his seven seasons of coaching, Ivan won three cups in 1950, 52′, and 54′. Although he made his time worth while here in Detroit, he ended up going to Chicago in 1957.
