The Detroit Red Wings have gotten off to a good start this preseason with a 2-0-1 record but remember it is only preseason. Just like the Red Wings, every team has 2 preseason teams. One team that consists of mainly veteran players and one team that is made up of the prospects. Only the first game against the Chicago Blackhawks was actually against a veteran roster. All that aside the Red Wings still outscored their opponents by a collective margin of 14-7 and have only allowed 2 goals in the last 2 games. (Not counting 3 on 3 OT against the Pittsburgh Penguins)
