RALEIGH, N.C. — Anthony Mantha wants to be in the clutch club.
As the Detroit Red Wings dig themselves out of an early season malaise with six victories over the past seven games, they ride a three-game winning streak stoked by the big plays made by the 25-and-under crowd.
Saturday night at PNC Arena it was Anthony Mantha who carried the torch, scoring twice in the the third period after the Wings had fallen behind the Carolina Hurricanes.
