The Detroit Red Wings found their offensive touch, and couldn't ask for much better goaltending.
That got them what was just their second victory in five games, a satisfying, hard-fought 3-2 final against the Los Angeles Kings Friday at Joe Louis Arena.
Tomas Tatar scored on a power play, Mike Green notched his first goal since joining the Wings, and Dylan Larkin scored for the third straight game and seventh time of the season. Other than two productive outings at Ottawa, it's the first time in four weeks the Wings have scored more than twice in a game.
