Finally, some real Detroit Pistons news! It’s been a dry news cycle for the Pistons since the NBA season was postponed, but Detroit fans now have something to chew on for the next few weeks.
As reported yesterday by Adrian Wojnarowski, the Pistons are starting a search for a general manager. The search will be led by senior advisor Ed Stefanski and Palace Sports VP Arn Tellem.
The Pistons front office has been a bit wonky since the firing of Stan Van Gundy in 2018. For the past two seasons, Detroit has not had an official general manager.
