Fans across Michigan were extremely excited when it was announced the Detroit Pistons were signing Derrick Rose. After a resurgent season in Minnesota, it looked like the Pistons had gotten a steal in free agency.
What we’re now seeing is the Pistons have found themselves another dynamic duo.
The new duo hitting the court this year is Rose and Luke Kennard.
In the last pre-season game against the Dallas Mavericks, the duo of Rose-Kennard combined to score 39 points and dish out seven assists. Last year, the Pistons bench as a whole scored 35.
