Inhale through your nose and take a deep breath. Really try to feel your chest expanding and lose yourself in extreme calmness. Remember to keep your eyes open and stay in the moment. Hold it for a three-count. Now slowly exhale out of your mouth. Push all the air out. Your lungs become free of carbon-dioxide. The overworked muscles are now liberated from tension.
