DETROIT - The Detroit Pistons had the body language, and apparently the foul language, of a team that was trailing Monday in the fourth quarter, not one that was ahead by a comfortable margin and never threatened.
The Pistons had no problem defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers 113-102 at Little Caesars Arena, but had plenty of issues with the officials. They were slapped with four technical fouls in the fourth quarter.
The sour finish overshadowed some positives. They got off to a good start and executed against a zone defense, which they rarely see. They moved the ball well (26 assists) and took care of it (only 10 turnovers).
