Stanley Johnson puts up 20 and 10 in win

Stanley Johnson is averaging 17.3 points a game at the Orlando Summer League–that leads all rookies in Orlando.

He had that in three quarters along with nine rebounds, three steals, and two blocks. He also made a handful of hustle plays, divining for loose balls, and grabbing offensive rebounds.

His versatility is impressive.

The only knock in Johnson’s game has been free throw shooting. Coming into the game he was shooting 56.3 percent. Today he went four of seven from the line. His shot looks good, but is a little flat. Johnson said in his post-game interview on NBA TV that missing free throws is “my fault.
