AUBURN HILLS -- The Detroit Pistons went from a grueling six-game, nine-day period into a much looser six-in-16 and it requires some planning in how to adjust from precious little practice time to needing practice to maintain some sense of rhythm.
"Practices will have to involve a little bit more intensity," in the final two weeks of the season, Pistons head coach Stan Van Gundy said. "But you've got to balance that too. To me, it's a lot easier when you're playing a lot of games to decide what to do and what not to do than it is during these stretches.
